LEARNING DISIBILITY PRE-HEALTH CHECKS

OHL is offering all practice LD patients a pre-health check. Our LD Health Check Coordinator will contact patients on your behalf, book appointments and complete the pre-health checks. This service is designed to significantly enhance efficiency, improve patient care and support practices in achieving their health check targets.

• Time saving for GPs

• Home visits conducted by an OHL HCA for housebound patients - can provide pre-health check and health check including patient bloods, if required
