One Health Lewisham (OHL) was established in 2016 as a GP Federation and has since grown into a key integrated care provider in London. Founded with a focus on enhancing healthcare quality, we have an agile approach to respond to the evolving landscape of care. Our innovative team work closely with our partners to deliver scalable, patient-centred services within the Integrated Care System. We strive to ensure that everyone can access high-quality healthcare and that services are well-integrated across the system.
Looking ahead, our priorities for 2022-2027 are to support practices and PCNs, strengthen connections across London, expand community-based services and long-term sustainability.
Our History
Care Quality Commission - OHL Rating
OHL has been inspected twice by CQC.
Our GP Out of Hours Service (subsequently Urgent Care Centre) was rated Good overall.
Our Marvels Lane service (SAS and Dermatology) was rated Requires Improvement. The CQC report required OHL to take the following measures:
- carry out appraisals for all staff
- train all staff who act as chaperones
- ensure continued compliance with the above
All measures have been since taken. We are currently awaiting a new inspection of our services.
