The GP Urgent Care Hub at University Hospital Lewisham partners with the Accident & Emergency (A&E) Department to enhance patient care and improve hospital capacity.
 
This service provides prompt treatment for patients arriving at A&E with acute, non-life-threatening conditions, helping to reduce wait times and alleviate pressure on the A&E department.​

Our Urgent Care Centre (UCC hubs) is designed to provide accessible, high-quality care with the convenience of extended hours and a walk-in service. Staffed by a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, the UCC hubs help reduce hospital wait times and improve patient satisfaction by streamlining care and minimising the demand on emergency departments.
