Our Post Covid & Multiple Symptoms service offers holistic support for individuals aged 18 or over experiencing 3 or more ongoing Post Covid symptoms lasting over 12 weeks, such as:

This is a local service for patients registered with a Lewisham GP practice incorporating primary and secondary care-based input when needed.
 

The service is delivered by a multidisciplinary team (MDT) that includes:

• GPs with a special interest in Post Covid & Multiple Symptom Management

• Physiotherapists

• Occupational therapists

• Psychologists

 

Clinic options including group digital therapy; telephone consultations; group face-to-face therapy; 1:1 face to face consultations.
