OHL's Remote Monitoring service has successfully saved a massive 5,577 appointments across Lewisham's GP practices, leading to a saving of more than 1000 appointment hours!
The service uses Doctaly Assist, a chatbot technology to monitor patients’ health via mobile phone. It monitors conditions such as hypertension, asthma, diabetes, and COPD and can be utilised for NHS health checks (screening for early signs of dementia, stroke, heart disease, kidney disease, type 2 diabetes) and musculoskeletal issues.
